Beware that Massdrop is not an authorized retailer and Arizer may not honor the warranty if you have any issues. My Air died a month ago and Arizer made that clear to me when I submitted the receipt from my purchase. I'm waiting on a new charger from Arizer that cost me $15 after shipping to find out if it's the charger or unit. If it is the unit I have a bad feeling Arizer won't cover it.

themosthigh@themosthigh ,
That situation sounds like something may or may not happen, luckily Massdrop will and does handle warranty situations when the manufacturer will not honor the warranty on their own products.
This is the first time I've heard that Arizer may not honor their warranty. Historically they have always stood behind all of their products warranties.
No worries,

themosthighMassdrop and Arizer are both great about customer service and will get your issue handled. Like JaySun said, Massdrop will get you fixed up if Arizer won't. I really would not worry. I know it's easier said than done, but between the two you are in good hands... Sorry you are having problems with the unit. Sounds like it could possibly be a battery issue, charger problem or maybe the unit itself. I have full faith in both Massdrop and Arizer that your problem will be taken care of.. They will make it right for you one way or another. Good luck!
