What is the warranty on this?
Man the vaporizer worked very well for the first couple months, until I started getting a plastic taste from the vapor. I've done the initial heating procedure to burn off the manufacture plastic smell as part of the instruction. It worked fine for a good 2 months, but eventually I couldn't help but notice the PLASTIC taste from the vapor. I'm wondering if I can get a replacement.

Elimendez, I've had a lot of trouble getting Support to respond to my RMA return; the last time I got an answer to my mail was ten days ago. I was supposed to get a response the day the package shipped back to you, but it actually arrived at your warehous today and I STILL haven't heard anything. Can you drop me a message? Thank you.

An update for the group, it looks like in addition to the regular order group members received an additional Arizer air battery. It was an oversight on the warehouse team's side. However feel free to keep it.
We’re happy to report that all of the orders have been shipped out from our warehouse and are now on the way to you! Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to get into the shipper's system and start updating.

Tracking info hasn't updated since the 30th (10+ days) on both DHL and USPS websites and no mention of expected delivery date mentioned anywhere. Whats gives? At the very least I expect some idea of delivery date PS delivery is to Australia

My Solo arrived with a red cylinder marked "Arizer Air 18650 Battery". That red cylinder is half the size of the Arizer Solo battery pack; I checked. However, the cylinder is identical to the pictures I find online of the Arizer Air battery, and the part number is correct. Was this supposed to be part of the drop?
What gives? Furthermore, my Solo won't hold a charge; it only works when plugged into the power cord. Who do I ask for a replacement?
