Some minor adjustments / improvements were made to the Solo recently:
- Improvements were made to the air flow to optimize convection heating and minimize conduction heating - New Solo units can be used while charging with the standard charger - no more PA needed - No changes were made to the charger -- old chargers are the same as new chargers
Yes, the new Solos heat up very fast... this is normal. The pass-through mode (running while plugged in to the charger) is a definite plus for new Solo owners and is designed to be used like that without damaging batteries.

Just a quick update on the status of the drop. Our order has been submitted into Arizer's system as of Monday, Dec 2. It typically takes between 5 to 7 business days for Arizer to have the order ready for shipment. At which point, it will takes another 3-5 business days for the shipment to arrive our warehouse. Once we have the orders in our warehouse, we should be able to have them out to each participating members within 24 hours.
So far everything is moving nicely along accordingly. Once Arizer ships out our order, we will start be able to predict the estimated shipping time much more accurately. And we will report back once that happens.
