Well, I was happy to see my item shipped until I read the method. My item has shipped via UPS Mail Innovation, meaning that UPS does it's thing with it for 2-3 days before passing it onto the USPS who will then take 6-8 Business days to deliver. I will be lucky to see my item before the second week of January. It Is the slowest and most problematic way of receiving a package currently available. Had I known that this was the ship method I would have begged to pay extra for regular UPS or Fedex or even USPS priority mail. I hope Massdrop ordered extra because with UPS Mail Innovation service some of these WILL go missing.
Thanks for the "Free" shipping, but next time give me an option of paying extra for a reliable service that doesn't take 2+ weeks for delivery. I would gladly pay extra for such an option.
Great price and turn around on the item regardless. Frequent updates as well. Great experience overall. I will definitely be using Massdrop again. I just wish we had shipping options.

ZigsterCompletely agree, and additional to that (for international customers) "UPSMI service does not offer tracking updates for packages sent outside of the USA."
Worse thing is, Id paid $25USD delivery fee. Ive bought computer parts from the US shipped to Australia for less and received better delivery service.
