Hello Everyone,
It's me again just giving you a quick update on the Arizer Vaporizers. They arrived at our fulfillment center two hours ago. Once out of customs, it didn't take long for them to arrive at our fulfillment center.
During the customs process, we have done everything we could to ensure a quick turnaround. We did this by double and triple checking your details, supplying additional information when necessary to customs, updating our fulfillment center constantly so that they'd be prepared for the shipment and most of all just ironing out any bumps we saw in the process to make it run smoothly.
The products were at customs for a significant amount of time for a variety of reasons. First and foremost was the nature of the product, which naturally would incur more scrutiny. Secondly was the large quantity of a product of that nature. Lastly was simply the monetary value. All of these small attributes of the order caused customs to inspect it a lot more than previous shipments.
Thankfully though, the process is coming to an end and the products should be on your doorsteps very soon.
