Hey ArmourLite, if you see this, can you provide pricing for tritium replacements and how we would install/service it.
Good lord, if I'm spending $350+ on a quartz watch the second hands had better damn well line up with the markers like a fricking laser beam. In neither of these videos are they even close. The goofy engraved Timex my wife got me for my birthday manages to do this for a third the cost. I would love a tritium watch, and these have good styling, but I just will not pay so much money for careless manufacturing flaws when the market has become so competitive in this price range.
Are there any watches with T100 tritium but no bigger than 42mm and with steel/titanium/bronze case? I think tritium would be my next watch, but so far I don't like what I see.
i bought this kit a year ago from another vendor for $210. i didn't like it, cheap look, and sold it for $300.
ruggles
Hi ruggles, this is a Massdrop-exclusive kit and has never been sold by another dealer/vendor. Was it purchased from a customer who bought it on Massdrop?
Any update on orders?
Jbrandl101
Yeah just checked my email. Got an update 40 minutes ago. disregard
Hi Armourlite, I just sent an email requesting the substitution of the NBR Rubber Linked Band for the Silicone Band as well. Thank you
Does this come with any warranty?

The description does not specifically indicate that a warranty is included.
cgalny
You're right. It's usually on our drop pages under the Included section at the bottom. I'll let Massdrop know to add it. You have our guarantee that this watch comes with the full 2-year warranty. Every ArmourLite and Isobrite watch sold through Massdrop comes with the full warranty.
Is T100 going to bring complaints in the movie theater? Honestly, the problem with normal lume isn't that it isn't bright enough. It's that it fades down too quickly. T25 is only two stops dimmer than T100 (although they like to say "4 times," but light perception is exponential/logarithmic) and doesn't dim like lume. Is T100 a solution to a problem nobody is having?
At any rate, the T25 Armourlite Caliber Series AL 1204 retails for $422. They could probably bring that in at $370 on Massdrop. And it has a Japanese automatic movement and a sapphire crystal.

Lume isn't even a smart option for many people in the tactical jobs. Because you do not want to be seen in the dark. Push button led light is much more safe in forward areas.
This is a great deal on these watches! I believe I paid $400 for my ISO401 in June of 2016 off a different (but similar) site. Almost a year and a half of nearly daily use, and keeps perfect time and no scratches or issues. My favorite feature is the T-100 rating for the Tritium, which makes the markers bright enough to clearly see from my bed to my nightstand in the wee hours of the night, but it's not so bright that it's distracting. In other words, perfect brightness (for me). Reading the below comments, I just learned about the "linked rubber" watch band, (ArmourLite, is that the IPU400?) which I never noticed before, but might have to try. I'm not affiliated with ArmourLite, but I sure do like their products!

*** NOTICE ABOUT ESTIMATED SHIP DATE *** Despite the page having an estimated ship date of November 20, we always ship the watches out within a day or two of receiving the final order from Massdrop. The final order usually arrives about two days after the drop ends. As such, as you can expect to get your new watch much sooner than estimated!
i just bought a samsung gear s3. I cant justify getting this....also im poor. next time probably.

Just contact them. They have been very responsive on here and emails. This is my second drop buying from them because of how great they have been to deal with. I am sure they will take care of you
Hi Jbrandl101, please email us at customerservice@armourlite.com On this chronograph the big second hand that rotates around the entire dial is the chronograph second hand. The actual second hand is in a sub dial.

Maybe someone can clarify... When I look at the minute dial -- at 9 o'clock -- it appears that a 10 minute segment is marked by 20 divisions. This seems odd, so I must be mis-reading.
Frankns
It does seem strange. I think they have it marked incorrectly. That's just a guess though.
Why would I pay $400 to buy a quartz watch when there are much better options for the same price/cheaper? A sarb017 is $360 for example, and you can also buy a khaki king for around the same price.

Ohh shoot I didn't realize this was a chrono. My bad
Azula
Plus you get ultra bright T100 tritium illumination with this watch!
I purchased a blue one , received it and haven't even opened the box because I need to sell it. If anyone is interested I'll sell it for a flat $400 that will include shipping and all that . I just don't want to lose moneY. Let me know if interestEd. I have a blackout Isobright and I LOVE the watch but as much as I wanted the Valir Chrinograph, I need the money. 😓
Anyone looking to join this drop for the orange version, leave me a comment. I have a brand new one and maybe it will be less expensive and you wouldn't have to wait for the end of the drop ;-)
There goes my new pc money. I've got a really nice Tissot but need a more casual watch that can take some dirt and abuse.
Just changed the battery in my ArmourLite, and a bunch of case material came out on the screw threads. Doesn't bode well for future changes or waterproofness.
Dropkick47
The material that came out is the o-ring which must be replaced whenever you remove the case back. Without the o-ring, your watch is not water resistant. We would highly suggest bringing it to a repair shop to get a new o-ring and have it pressure tested.
Good looking watch! Note to self----do not pull trigger. You have a zillion watches. 😊
I don't need it! But I want one.... That blue looks beautiful.
Is the battery changeable? How much ?

Is that the 10 year lithium battery or is it a 54 months battery. Conflicting info!
MMMMM
Hi MMMMM, we are working on getting that mistake fixed on the drop page. Since it's a chronograph movement, it's a 54-months battery, not the 10-year. The 10-year is found on our date-only Valor Series models.
