I have a regular armytech wizard that I picked up over a year ago. Flashlights for me are a tool that get used and abused on a pretty much daily basis, and I have used this one pretty hard at work and outdoors since I've had it with no issues yet. It seems to be very well built, I have submerged it in water up to a few feet and dropped it from at least 15ft without doing any damage. Run time has been good (at least comparable to other 18650 lights I've owned using the same batteries at similar brightness). It does get hot, but not nearly as hot as I'd originally expected it to, and the auto regulation does a good job keeping it from getting too hot. My only real complaint is that the lowest setting could be a lot lower, sometimes I just don't want that much light. I think the pro version fixes this problem.
Never had to deal with their customer service so I can't comment on that, or really anything about them other than the quality of the product I own. I'm happy enough with it I'm probably going to join this drop, just trying to decide if I need another headlamp.
I was hesitant to even comment in this mess at all, but please don't try to claim I'm some paid company shill or anything like it, I'm just a guy sharing his opinion and observations about a product. If you have had different (or similar) experiences or have actual verifiable or reputably sourced information about the company and can share it with out sounding hysterical, please do. Personal experiences, reviews, and quality research (both positive and negative) help everyone. Hysterical ranting is just annoying and usually counter productive, it's hard to take someone seriously when they are so aggressively outspoken.

SpicerI dunno man , Im a collector and i have a few lights under my belt atm .As hysterical as this guy sounds u should read some of the other pissed off guys on the net going on about armytek and their lies etc. As for biased reviews well we all know that it happens with these dodgy cutthroat businesses /companies! Lol Btw u seem just as hysterical as him with the over explaining and all! Lmao kidding or am i😕☺😈

SoldatHa, you're probably right. I was just really irritated reading through the thread and seeing every other post was the same guy saying the same thing. Probably overreacted a bit. I'm still very happy with the light I have but doing a little more research and will probably get something else for my next one.
