I have this one - is AWESOME! I couldn't be more pleased with it. I don't use the headband, because I don't want to blind everybody around when I turn to talk to them. I use it whether on the belt (most of the time) or on a chest loop.
Got a high capacity rechargeable and it lasts forever (because I never need to use it on the highest power level. (Of course, in cold weather the battery will perform poorly. That's when I use a handwarmer and clip the battery on the inside of my chest pocket to keep it warm(er))
