hepkatThat's so bad. I don't know how they are messing these up so bad. I need to check if I got the right panels before going to Arozzi about all of these dents. Just a heads up, Massdrop people told me to deal directly with Arozzi.
PeterDthe piece on the left is the same as the piece on the right. the screw holes are only on one side. so, yes, it's upside-down, but correct-side-up because it's not the correct piece.
hepkatLooks like all you need to do is flip the left piece over and it will be correct? Unless the underside of that left piece is unpainted bare wood then yes you got the wrong piece or they drilled the wrong holes. Can you flip over the left piece and show us?
AL13N1NV8D3Rthe seated nuts for the legs to screw in are only on one side. see the uniformed dots? those are where the base/legs screw into the bottom of the table. if I flip it over, it's the smooth surface that is the top of the table.
hepkatI'm finally in working order. I had a lot of trouble fixing my issue! They sent me the correct panel top, but then, it didn't line up with the pin holes on the center panel top! So they sent me a new center and new left panel and it all lined up. My circumstance sucked and they said I was one of two people it had ever happened to. They did finally make it right. It sucked having to wait for each new panel and they only work m-f, so having to wait for weekends to pass, but I'm here and I'm happy. Love the desk!
