Is it still not possible to ship this to Canada? We're so close to the USA, plus our import system is not very strict, so why is this still not an option?

Hi, it is strictly a matter of cost of shipping. For whatever the reason as soon as you ship across the border the shipping costs escalate quickly. We get a very nice discount from UPS because we have so much package freight between our chairs, Arena and other products. Even the farthest distance in the US, the most we pay to ship an
Arena is around $85 USD.
Just to ship to the closest point in Canada, like Vancouver, runs it up to about $130 and it gets worse from there. We needed to ship a 55 lb chair to eastern Canada a few weeks ago and it cost $170. So, you can figure that the 105 lb. Arena would be at least 30% more . That just doesn't work economically and also each shipment does require customs paperwork but that's a minor problem. It is available from various retailers in Canada.

wollipYou can get it from London Drugs. But I am not sure how many stores they actually display it. I also believe some local Best Buy stores have it. They have certainly advertised it recently.
