kinda garbo
Pleather upolstry only lasts a year or two, plastic base stretches and lets the lifter through, foam armrests disintegrated inside 6 months and casters do not come apart for cleaning.

TisakuI have no idea what chair you are reviewing but it's not the new Arozzi Vernazza that I am sitting on right now Mine is Dark Grey Fabric with 4D Armrests that are indeed foam inside but encased in a flexible but very tough grade of plastic. The Lifter is fitted into a very heavy duty Metal Base Plate which the lifter could never penetrate under any foreseeable circumstance. The Casters are excellent on hard or carpeted flooring and are removable for easy cleaning. This is far and away the Best Chair I have ever owned.

Comfortable chair, durability may be questionable
The chair is very supportive and comfortable, particularly for this XL-sized (6" tall, 240 pounds) individual. In particular, I like the generous width and depth of the seat - it gives plenty of support for my butt and thighs. Adjustable lumbar support keeps me from slouching. Adjustable head rest is perfect for napping. Adjustable arm rests allow me to customize my arm support. Seating surfaces seem durable. Only issue is that the hydraulic lift failed within days of receiving the product.

Could be a great value, but key defect
I bought this chair through massdrop.com about two years ago. Covering and padding is in GREAT shape and looks like I've barely sat in it. One issue however. The piston that fits into the bottom legs has slowly sunk through the plastic base hole until it now hits the floor. Thus it catches the carpet and also sits almost two/three inches lower than it used to on the highest setting. Too low for me, being 6'4". I can't pull it back out and even if I could I am not sure how to avoid it dropping back down immediately.  Company will provide replacements but will charge $120 as I am two months out of the warranty. Unacceptable as I have never weighed more than 220 lbs since I owned this chair and average an hour a day or less sitting in it.

Great Chair!
I’ve had this chair now for over a year. It’s totally held up to the wear and tear of my long gaming sessions. It’s in great shape. I swapped the casters for larger quieter ones.

Great chair and customer service.
I purchased back in July 2019 and its now April 2020. The chair has been comfortable and no issues till little under 2 weeks ago. I had one of the wheel connections in the base file on me. I went to the Arozzi website and filled in the support in formation and included a screen shot of invoice from Drop and 2 pictures of the damage. This was on Tuesday the 14th very early in the morning (1am). By 9:30 am I had a response from them that with the info provided they were able to do a warranty claim but said due to the Covid 19 issues going on it could take 4 weeks to receive the base. Friday the 18th i had a shipping number but figured it was just the lable created and it would sit for a while. Well today is the 22nd of April and I have a new (METAL) base. So after 10 months or so I am still very pleased with the chair and hope it will last as long as the last one that i had.

Not built to last
This chair lasted pretty much 1 month after the warranty (2 years). It was an okay chair while I had it but now i'm upset with what it has become. The review by Crosshairs (Oct 25, 2019) was pretty much exactly what happened to me. Don't rely on their customer service either. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would not be surprised if all their other products were equal in such poor quality

Decent Customer Service, Poor Quality Chair (~2 year long term review)
When I first got it, it was incredible. It was my first gaming chair and I was really happy. It was comfortable, the reclining was great, all was well. Then came the problems.
  1. The rocking mechanism would no longer lock. I like my site to be angled towards the back so that my whole body is being held by the chair instead of feeling like the chair is tipping me out of it. This mechanism broke within 6 months. Replacement part was easy enough, came in, installed, and it was mostly okay. Fine.
  2. The gas lift is atrocious. It died, and again, they sent me another base. It worked for some amount of time, but now, it just ever so slowly collapses down. I don't notice until all of a sudden my arms feel really uncomfortable on my desk. It's absolutely ridiculous. I have to use a seat cushion just to stay at a not-stupid height and use my desk comfortably.
  3. The seat cushion itself is hard and gets squashed and firm after prolonged use. It's just not very comfortable.
I'm still within warranty until July, but honestly, I'm not going to bother asking for another part. It just means more hassle, waiting for the part to arrive, and then having to do a special trash pickup for the gas lift because my trash company doesn't like me putting it directly in the garbage. Other things that have come to annoy me is the utterly useless lumbar pillow and the headrest pillow that just slides off constantly. And now one of the side covers for the bolts on the left side of the chair will not stay on. I swear, I am gentle with my chair. I am more than 140 pounds under the maximum weight, so it's not like me sitting on it is breaking it. I always use it in the same position, and whenever possible, I clean all the sweat off of it and move it out of the way so nothing bangs into it. I paid $200 for this thing and the only thing I ended up with is having to deal with how I'm going to throw this away when my next chair comes in. (After doing a ton of research, it seems that the SecretLabs Titan is one of the current favorites). I've learned my lesson. I won't skimp on a chair, and I am unlikely to buy Arozzi again. Sorry :/

frewtloopsI ordered the Titan last year and it's the best chair I have ever had. I think you will be happy with it for a long time, but I will warn you that many think the seat is too stiff and hard. I don't find it bad at all and the chair is solid as can be, Very well built.

2 Year Returning Review, Mechanical Failure and Flawed base design
Got this chair in 2017, it is now past the 2 year warranty and the chair has begun to fail in different ways. The base of the chair where the Plastic and piston meets will overtime begin to slip thru as the chair is sat on, this causes the piston to become lower than the wheels slightly giving the chair a wobble. The chair tilt lock after some time failed to unlock, upon investigation of the internals major stripping of teeth on the lock was noticed. Now this is after 2 years of wear but it seems a little early for failure. The chair is only comfortable with the pillows, without them its flat and empty of padding, the elastic on the headpillow is a bad choice in design as it will quickly stretch out and lose all ability to keep the pillow towards the top of the chair, the lumbar pillow has an adjustable strap which would negate that issue to begin with if also used on the headpillow. the lumbar isnt the most comfortable but Ive been using it without complaint but Im sure there could be some improvement. The armrests are okay, they can be a little uncomfortable and compared to some other designs ive looked at they lack the left right slide adjustment, aswell as the settings are easy to slide out of place with no lock mechanism except up and down. At the price point the chair is not too bad, but spending a bit more to avoid some of these flaws ive noticed for a different model or make may be a better deal. The base should be made of metal, the fact that it isn't makes this chair guaranteed to break over time, after buying a different gaming chair from a different manufacturer all i can recommend is to avoid arozzi chairs unless they redesign these critical flaws.

CrosshairsDamn.. same thing is happening to my chair. It actually tore up the carpet in my last apartment before I fully realized what was happening. I had to mash the piston back through with a mallet and add some material wedged in to keep it from slipping back. It's not long from going into the dumpster though. The leather is shit quality as well. These chairs suck.

XevenI left a hole in the carpet and frayed the area around, this chair is now my extra with a tennis ball on the piston, gives it a huge wobble but atleast the floor is fine. Definitely had to replace it though, not a good investment

High quality, comfortable chair!
Now that I have had enough seat time, I am super pleased with this chair! I have even taken a nap in it! I have gamed for 10 strait hours and still felt great. It is now my favorite chair. I even like it as much as my Lazy Boy.
