I bought about 6 of this brand for the office through MD. They were all in the storage room after one year, most employees abandoned them after 3 months as their primary chair, going back to the old beat up chairs that move around better. Just scooting around at your desk is problematic on low-pile commercial carpet. The wheels are awful and some of the bases cracked, the vinyl is delaminating on some that were used longer than others. They did look amazing though when we first got them.
CheesAandRiceI am sorry to hear that the chairs did not work out for you and the office. You should have contacted service@arozzi.com so we could have fixed the issue for you. Every chair we sell comes with a 2 year warranty not sure how long it has been since you purchased the chairs. Thank you

arozziserviceteamYou are correct, I did not attempt to make it right through the manufacturer, I purchased on 8/2016. The fact is I am a busy guy that buys a lot of stuff for a busy company, I have little time for looking backward, but I will extend the courtesy of accuracy since I put the chairs on blast and you responded.. Looks like we have 4 chairs actually, none of them are in use despite they all on the surface look pretty nice, except 1 that is delaminating pretty bad. I took a closer look at each one; 1 appears to be fully serviceable, and rolls ok. I have 1 with a cracked base that rolls awful and is not safe to use cause of the failed base, 1 with a cracked lever housing that rolls awful and tips easy when scooting forward especially, and 1 that scoots\rolls awful cause of degraded wheels, too much friction. The wheels seem to be a repeat offenders, perhaps underrated for the weight of this chair, these are no bearings, and the degradation certainly must lead to using more and more force\persuasion to move them around which wears out other things. Scooting forward after the degradation makes the chair potentially dangerous\tippy. What exactly are you willing to do? There may be a one week delay in my further response.
