Adding/Including Memories
I lost my dad last year (2023) and have been finding ways to include keepsakes/memories in my workstation. I've dabbled here and there with doing small woodworking projects and attempted a wrist rest from a piece of oak I picked up with him from my great uncles wood shop. I milled it to fit a 60% keyboard as I hadn't decided what keyboard I would be using it on and thought that's where most of my wrist would be in contact even typing on a full keyboard. I gave it a torched/burn appearance as I really was lost in what to do. I found an old shell casing from going hunting with my dad in my hunting pack and decided to imbed it into the end of the wrist rest so it would just have a little difference and a small story behind it as well. I have other things around my workstation from family and friends, but it just feels a little more special having worked on it and adding something small that has a memory for me to it. (Purple was my grandmothers favorite color and I have kinda now...

Aesthetically DC Racer is a completely different niche and has an entirely different customer base. If you took the label off this chair I would think it was a 200 dollar cheaper DX Racer - and that 200 dollars is likely cut corners. It just adds up.
If you are referencing its build quality (and have the expertise / have done the research to comment,) I'd love to hear the points that you can provide to aid us all in making a better decision, in regards to the facts. Thanks.
I have been given NOTHING, through e-mail. I will GLADLY share with any of you, in private, the entire exchange. (If ArozziScott will permit me.) I do not give any of my permission for Arozzi to use any communications, with me, in any public context. But, I leave to you the remaining obligation to convince us to buy this product.
Perhaps, by providing a fair and complete technical specification sheet, that can rival your competition's given information? Since you've refused to do this, in e-mail, I ask for you to do so here.
First reply: I am not sure what you want? If you can provide me the document from DX Racer you are comparing to perhaps that would help.
In general it is I don't talk about the competition. I will be happy to provide any information you want about Arozzi, our products or our company. I will also let DX Racer talk about themselves.
So, just let me know what you need and I will help.
Best,
Scott
Second reply: One thing I noticed right away is our Verona has head and lumbar pillows and this model doesn’t. I also see that, at least based on what is currently shown available at Massdrop, there is not really a direct equivalent DX Racer being sold there.
Also, I grant that they use some pictographs effectively and we don’t have as many. But our written description has specifics that go beyond their generic description. So maybe we are a bit more inclined to writing than pictures I don’t see that page as a “teardown” which would actually be a full document showing construction, frame, materials, etc.
At the recent E3 show our booth was about 15 yards from theirs. And we received continual positive comparative compliments from people who sat in their chairs and ours and compared not only on overall comfort and “feeling” but also value—how much chair you get for comparable money.
I realize DXRacer was there first. And that they have adherents that enjoy their chairs. We have just really entered the US market in a competitive way but have done extremely well versus them in Europe. I am happy to answer any specific questions about our products.
Third reply: Again, I ask, specifically, what details are they providing that we aren’t? It’s a very simple question. What I see is the same detail provided in a different manner.
Sorry, I’m not trying to be obstinate. I just don’t see the same glaring difference you apparently do, so I am trying to understand.
Thanks,
Fourth reply; Yes, as I said, most of that “missing” information is in the descriptive copy. Which I will copy here. I grant it may be mixed in with marketing words.

I could go on but, won't. That's it. I simply have to point to the lack of a technical specification sheet that comes anywhere near expectations, and how you've consistently refused to provide such, after being given multiple explanations from one person, and once from another person seeking exactly this. You are playing word games. Full spec sheet or bust.
I will not be purchasing this (OR ANY) Arozzi products. A damn shame, too. The price is nice. I can only imagine what's wrong, when the support team refuses to provide requested, meaningful details. As another user put it: "If you're going to essentially do the same exact thing as DX Racer and charge the same price it would only make sense to be as transparent am I right?"
