Decent chair
The chairs are decent however I would maybe look elsewhere Secret Labs is the gold standard with gaming chairs so that would be my recommendation. That being said if you are looking for good value these are good.

Does not last long
At first I thought it was good. It is relatively comfortable but i noticed that there was a little rust on some of the pieces that got delivered to me. It didnt seem like a problem but ut still kinda makes me feel iffy. The other issue I had was the gear that allows you to adjust the back's recliner function wore out very quickly and within i think a year, it made it so that you either had to lie all the way back or sit astraight up. I would recommend splurging for a better one. I have a secret lab chair now and i can feel the quality difference by a massive margin (granted you pay a lot more). I think this chair is whatever.

It was fine till it broke
It's going to cost be another $45 for a new five star base for the chair since one of the sockets for the casters broke on the base.

Bought this chair for my son. My son is 18 and weighs roughly 190lbs. After a year and a half of use the chairs completely fallen apart. The gas cylinder no longer works, the chairs locking mechanism that prevents it from leaning all the way forward broke so anytime you sit in it you’re constantly being pushed forward, one of the handles broke. It was a complete waste of money and tue chairs been replaced and tossed in the dump. Buyer beware

Great
Very comfortable chair. Can recline almost 180 degrees and not fall over. Easy to keep clean. Easy to put together. Adjustable pillow. Wheels are not the great.

it's ok
After a year and a half use, (this chair has been my "daily driver") I think it's for me to say this chair is "decent". It isn't uncomfortable or anything there are just like 2 or 3 very small issues that get insanely annoying after a year and a half. Point 1: The neck rest pillow **ALWAYS** feels like half an inch too high, now this could be a height thing if you were slightly taller than it might be fine. I'm 5'10 which I belive is average height, so if you are shorter than that good luck. I've resorted to taking it off of the chair itself and propping it up with my neck instead. Point 2: The back rest pillow just doesn't work, it's more of an ass pillow because it will never be lined up with your back. Without fail it will find its way to the bottom of the seat. Point 3: The arm rests are very bad. This is the only thing that is actually *bad* about the chair and it's because they're only like an inch farther up than they should be. The other 2 things could be just the way I sit or not I can't really be 100% sure on that, but the arm rests are just flat out bad. They are too far from the seat and from what I can tell they only have vertical adjustment. You actually cannot sit ergonomically with these arm rests, unless you aren't using a desk, it isn't possible. and that's kinda the point of a chair? If you try to sit fully ergonomically at a desk you're going to be stretching your arms forward, unless you put the keyboard at the very edge of your desk. Literally, my keyboard has to be lined up the with the edge of the desk, this isn't hyperbole. That's just when I'm gaming though. With typing, the arm rests have an arm groove, they aren't flat so the edge of the groove doesn't allow for comfortable typing and again you can't adjust to angle it inwards. On top of that if you incline the back rest at all then you just can't use the arm rests, they just don't work. They're too far forward. I've basically just stopped using them in total. Overall this is a comfortable chair, its good build quality and it is decently affordable. Point 1 and 2 are kind of subjective and my height might be the issue, but point 3 is a killer for me. If you think the arm rests aren't that big of a deal and you lean forward like an epic gamer or golbin then go for it. This chair is a good "entry level" gaming chair. This wouldn't be my first recommendation for a chair but this is a good number 3 or 4 on the list.

Not great
I've had this chair now for 2-3 years and the support it gives isn't good. The material is cheap and worn out, there's some metal rod that just pokes out the side of the seat now, the plastic coverings aren't aligned well and break easily, the pillows are really cheap almost free feeling, there is plastic where there shouldn't be, and the most important part is that the chair started sinking. I asked for a warranty or RMA for it, and they said that I would need to buy a spare from them and pay + shipping nearing $50 just for the gas lift (the round rod thing itself). Quite the expense hun?! Just save your money and buy a different brand. The long term is a no go.

Not the greatest
I've had this chair about 2 years now and in that time had to purchase additional lumbar support because the out of the box design was giving me back pain, and the height adjustment is broken. The chair slowly lowers through the day and sometimes falls all at once.

Pretty good.
It's a good step up from the metal folding chair I was using. Best part is that you can recline the chair all the way back. Wouldn't say this is the best for maintaining posture though.

Not what I expected
Nice, but not deep enough. Lumbar pillow won't stay up so I ned to constantly readjust it. Does NOT tilt back which I find a bad design choice, but also makes for a cheaper product. PLUS, I just had a wheel break of and there is really no way I can fix this.
