Exciting....RC Car delivered! And it's the green version! Tried to hide it from the wife (succeeded for a day) but the damn thing is HUGE. I had this thing doing wheelies in the yard and drive. And the wife enjoyed driving it...she didn't want to give it back! Fun car...FAST car. So far the 6S battery I found for it seems to be doing well.

lonestar_0Wow, mines still a week away according to tracking. Can you confirm exactly what (if any) cables or adapters come with it?

PowerScissorThe adapters that MD sent earlier are totally useless since they are XT60's. As the manual shows on page 18, Arrma includes two mating XT90 female connectors and their mating backshells (see picture). I purchased an adapter that goes from Deans to XT90 from Ebay ( http://www.ebay.com/itm/381743285174?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT ) to mate that 6S battery I purchased from Amazon.

lonestar_0This is correct. I will be cutting the battery leads as I am not going to have 8 different spots for failure on the power cables. My LHS sells lipos with xt90s on them so it wont be a big deal to get more either.

PowerScissorYes, yesterday evening. I have already swapped some parts I had ordered and what not, cut up a new body, Then pouted because I don't have whats needed to run the car. After work hoping to have enough time to solder so I can use it tomorrow.
