ashlandleatherMy stitching also was coming out after about 2 weeks of use. I took a bic lighter and heated up the metal housing. Once hot I used the metal housing to melt the thread back into place. YMMV but it has held up since then (about 1 month) without any issue. Hopefully this doesn't void our warranty!
