Just want to give a shout-out to Phil at Ashland Leather. I emailed him about some imperfections with the exterior leather of my natural essex wallet. He worked with me to find a suitable replacement (in natural essex) and shipped out the replacement wallet as well as included a return shipping label for my original wallet free of charge. That's what I call awesome customer service. Thanks Phil!
