Just received my cordovan wallet but after using only for 2 days the stitching came undone. The thread somehow got caught on the button of my pants pocket. I'm very disappointed and unhappy as Ashland claims their cordovan wallets are supposed to last a lifetime. Is massdrop able to assist in this or do I have to contact Ashland directly for a replacement/repair?
