derache123Johnny the Fox was real. His name was Giovanni (John) Torrio and was Al Capone's mentor in Chicago. He survived an assassination attempt in 1925 by members of the rival North Side Gang. He was called "Papa Johnny" by Capone and "The Immune" because of his remarkable survival.
