Mine arrived, and the interface seems to work just as intended. I'm using Windyfest 600mAh IMR14500's. No notion of battery life yet; I take the battery out when not in use, as I've no idea how much the tail cap light draws.
On another note, I think we all owe a vote of thanks to the sturdy folks at DHL. Given the length of time their deliveries take, it's clear they're carrying these things across country on foot.
