I took mine apart, possibly a dumb thing to do! Now I can't get the top to screw down all the way. Is there a trick to threading that back on to the body of the flashlight?

mbroddthe top (part of flashlight with led/lens) will have a slight gap between the copper.. The body should thread w/no noticeable gap

DrewNJThe body threads fine, but I think the gap between the top and the body is more than "slight" (see photo):

mbroddTry to unthread it, if its too tight use a piece of rubber, or rubber dish gloves etc.. then clean the threads..take your time

DrewNJAll fixed - I had the inner top part partially unscrewed. Once I tightened that, I had no more problem. Thanks for your help!
