We have AR Enabled Solar System Ultimate set - 18 models (Solar system planets with it's moons / 80mm, 60mm and 30mm models). Let us know if any of you will be interested in it. We can bring it to Massdrop!
Isn't Jupiter hundreds of times the size of earth?
PoodlestarGenerica
It's disappointing but in this case I believe scale is in reference to the detail printed on. Like how the eye of Jupiter is scaled in reference to it's original size on Jupiter, and the same goes for Mt Olympus on Mars

What I meant was, people keep complaining that they aren't to scale, but that isn't feasible. Obviously a scale solar system model would be amazing , but wouldn't work for a product like this. Assuming the included earth is an inch in diameter, which is still small, jupiter would still be (I looked up the exact scale) 1300 times the size. And mercury (not to mention pluto) would be minuscule.
It kinda sucks that they're all the same size... Not exactly educational.
would've been cool and worth the price if they were properly shaped and made actually to the same scale. this is pathetic and way overpriced
Our solar system mini set is paired with AstroReality app. You will be able to see the planets in the space simulation, even Saturn with the ring :)
AstroReality
So, sell an app. Don't really need some plastic balls to "see" a space simulation. This is just stupidly silly.
It's called 'AstroReality Solar System' but it includes a celestial dwarf in with a group of planets.

You heard about Pluto? It's messed up, right?
That's supercalifragilisticexpialidocious. But costly as hell.
Is it worth saying it's a scale model when it's literally just a sphere? I would be incredibly impressed if you made a sphere and it *wasn't* to scale. It would be neat if they were to scale relative to each other, but here calling it "to scale" is incredibly pointless.
ya seems way over priced for balls
That's cool but holy shit the price.

Well it's definitely an out of this world product ūüėĀ. I've seen similar blown in glass.
Did you ever see the dark crystal? I always wanted a solar set like that one lady had.

The glass I saw in Seattle made by students of Chihuly were out of this world. ;) And the Dark Crystal is forever one of my childhood movies that I can actually still watch and not be bored or disgusted by the acting or story. :D
