seamonI have not tried JVC IEM's, but I will say that the PFE 232 are the best IEM's I have heard in their price range. They are very light and comfortable, have great sound, comes with filters to tune the sounds, and have been 100% worth the investment for me. Audio Solutions sell a lot of PFE replacement parts as well.

seamonI haven't heard these IEMs but I have the FX850 woodies. They are a dynamic driver, and that plus the wood housing gives music a good bass bump and timbre you won't find in a balanced armature IEM. Depends on what kind of music or what sound you are looking for...i love my woodies but comfort wise I would say the 232s take the cake there.

mayorblurpsI listen to pop music and I would consider myself a basshead. I have the FX 850 and I was looking to upgrade.
