I am looking for an amp to drive a2000z and I hope the price is below $300. Is there any good recommendation? Someone recommended sustain84 to me, but I hope to find a cheaper one.

JingchaoThe 2000z are not hard to drive. For that price I recommend an Aune X7S sold also here on massdrop. If you can stretch the budget a bit then you would be able to get the best amp there is: the THX789. You need to wait for the drop to come live again and be quick to purchase as they get sold lile free cheese cakes....

JingchaoI would check out the JDS Labs Atom for a low cost, solidly performing amp. Good luck! -Phoebe

HIFI778P.S. And unfortunately, the THX 789 are not the most realistic option given its rarity. But, they are considered end game for many.

JingchaoA2kZ is pretty efficient, so any amp will do, but something more transparent to the source will not be cheap, your priority over the amp should be the best DAC you can afford. The better the setup, the better A2kZ will sound.

LunarkittenThis. The atom gets you basically everything you'd want for $100, especially for these headphones. If you want something that feels slightly more premium, the EL amp is really nice as well.
