Dragon2020Whichever your preference is, the jot is twice as powerful @ 300 ohms but 450 mw for the S7 isn’t quiet at all.

Dragon2020This amp is one class higher than the schiitty Jotenheim, it's a giant killer in chi-fi community and scales really high.

Dragon2020I've won a Jotunheim from a raffle and have heard the Aune (not owned,) but I preferred the Aune. However, this may be affected because the Aune was then connected to a dedicated DAC, which I don't quite remember what it was.
Now, if you're looking for a DAC/Amp combination set, the Jotunheim is probably the better deal for the buck. As a reference, I've sold the Jotunheim in 2 months because I preferred the Audio-GD NFB 28 to it (I still own it.)

zhouharveyare there specific things that make it better than the Jotunheim? I have Heard good things about both amps, and still don’t understand how the Aune is that much better.

SneakyMOBAMost specific thing about the s7 is it's design is same as a Titans Armetis which was highly praised by its incredible neutral sound. I believe this amp won't be shy if it's msrp was 1000 dollars, yet it comes at 599.
