Hello all, need to ask a (to some maybe stupid) question before my purchase. :) Will the volume knob work with the rca outputs as well? Thought of using it together with a pair of Yamaha Hs80m, as well as IEM's/headphones. On some DAC's (as the audioengine d1) the rca output gets muted when you plug in the headphones, will this DAC work the same way? Thanks!

ChrisWalkerThe volume knob controls volume only in the headphone out. The audio out is not muted when headphones are plugged in (at least in my unit).

ChrisWalkerYou can control volume on your computer. Unlike Fiio E7 (another DAC I have), Aune T1 doesn't force volume in Windows to maximum. This approach is not really audiophilic but it works for me.
