My X1s arrived yesterday and it sounds amazing! However, I am having a driver issue on Windows 10. When I install the driver on the USB stick or even when I go to the Aune website and get the updated driver I can only select up to 32bit/192khz. Does anyone know how to get Windows to display the option for 32bit/384khz?

ImprobabilityWow, you actually have 32-bit audio with a 384KHz sample rate?

XephyrothYes, DSD won't play unless you have the correct sample rate for the input frequency.

MlcousiYep, that is exactly what I am seeing. It says on the front of it that it supports 32/384. Hmmm.... Hopefully a driver update will enable it in the future.

I was having the problem on my work laptop and I've finally gotten a chance to try it at home and was presented with this. I didn't install the drivers from Aune and instead just let Windows use whatever default driver it found for this.

ImprobabilityI am about to switch PC's at home and will try this.. Has the stability been good without using the aune driver?

ElvisCI uninstalled the xmos app, then uninstalled the drive from Device Manage. Turned it on and off, Windows installed drivers on its own.

ElvisCI would recommend against setting the bit rate that high in windows. Games do not seem to run at all with that setting. Set it to something low like 32b/44k and then configure foobar2000 for Wasapi and it will run the dac at the exact bit rate of your music so it will still run at 32b/384k if you have a song with that bitrate.
