I'm getting noise and volume inconsistency in the left channel on the traditional jack output I don't hear this via RCA out or in the balanced jack. Hoping they will replace it as this is very annoying.

Somewhatdamaged81Well just got my answer, no warranty even though I bought this 5 months ago. Beware if you have a problem they will not stand behind their products!

Somewhatdamaged81Sorry to hear that. This is a reason why I'm not buying something from them. We need to show them that it isn't fair to their customers to abandon their products after selling them. While they don't sell AMPs, RHA is legendary with their customer service. I had a broken Cable on my T20 In Ear Monitor, they replaced the whole IEM with a new generation model, free of charge. That's a company that needs to be in the spotlight in hopes of other companies doing good customer service too.
