After a few days, I started noticing more issues with the build quality of these phones. With the headphone plugged in, if I touch (slightly pinch) the headphone plug, the volumes of the right or left side is altered and sometimes even become inaudible. Anyone also hear this on their unit?

ayang02Mine have just started doing this, too. The left channel intermittently drops out, apparently due to a loose connection in the headphone jack (pinching or wiggling the cable brings the sound back). Guess I'm going to be testing out that 5-year warranty soon!

MB325I've sent back the headphones to Aurisonics. Hope they can fix this thing for me...

ayang02Sorry to necro this thread, but where did you find your serial number to register the warranty? Can't find that info anywhere and I don't remember these showing up with anything but earbuds and accessories.

EndlessBenSorry for the late response, I don't know my serial number either. What I did was: contact Aurisonics directly and they told me to send the unit to them. They've shipped my repaired unit back to me 2 weeks ago and I've just received it today. Everything looks to be working now!
