browncoreThe Opus 88 Demonstrator was recently offered by Massdrop for under $100. https://www.massdrop.com/buy/opus-88-demonstrator-fountain-pen While it is an excellent pen and in some ways even superior to the Aurora 88 (e.g. size & capacity), I would only consider it an alternative to the 88 inasmuch as any good fountain pen is an alternative.
