Great to see an Aurora here. Hope more come along. BTW I would take "generous ink capacity rivals that of many piston fillers" with a grain of salt.

dedalianI don't see how it can be true. Aurora rates their converters at .75 ml. An Optima is rated at 1.43ml and an 88 at 1.36ml. Even if you want to look outside of the brand, a Lamy 2000 is rated at 1.35ml and a Pilot Custom 92 is 1.28ml. Even the old small Pelikan 120's had a 1.5ml rating.

CAARUnless they’re talking about their proprietary long cartridges.

CAARPelikans are all piston-filling though, right? I usually do not care, as my large capacity pens end up getting drained anyway (I am coming to prefer converters). I like changing inks all the time, and I only have a dozen pens or so, so it is difficult to try all the inks I have.

SkipPpAll of the ones I listed are piston fillers.

CAAROh. Thanks. I though the Pilot Custom 92 was a regular converter.

SkipPpI think the 91 is a c/c but looks more or less the same (from what I understand the Pilot numbers are based on the pen's original price in Yen, so they are basically impossible to figure out based on numbers).
