Do not buy this unreliable dash cam, read my comments above. This dash cam could work fine for the first little while and then start buffering off & on and stop recording. Your don't know when this is going to happen but it happens very often and whenever it wants to or when just when you need it!!! This dash cam has a 30 days manufacturer warranty and if anything goes wrong after 30 days you are out of luck because Massdrop would not help you. Massdrop will ask you to contact the manufacturer and they won't even give you any contact information. See below my reply from Massdrop:

After reviewing your transaction, it appears that the time-frame for reporting an issue has passed, which means we are not able to provide a replacement or facilitate a return. We encourage you to try and reach out to the manufacturer to see if they are able to assist you with a replacement. Thank you for your understanding of this policy. If we can help you with anything else in the future, please contact us.

ac3698this is precisely why i no longer purchase items that have even a small chance of warranty issues. ive also had a bad experience with this site's 'customer service'. i do enjoy the community here, and the site does offer great deals on solid products quite often. but when it comes to stuff like this.... ill pay the extra dollar to get it now and have the security of being taken care of in case it does quit on me.

FatStaxYup, for anything electronic or mechanical that could break down, 30 days warranty is a joke and Massdrop didn't even offer to help customers in contacting the manufacturer. They should attach a "Thank you" and "Good Luck" note with each purchased and emphasize on the "Good Luck" part.
