I can't be the one to note that this is cheaper somewhere else online or what'not... but I can say that these games are beyond fun to play.
If you plan on getting these and haven't played before, I suggest starting with House on the Hill (base game, without the expansion) to first learn the mechanics and play style of these games. The expansion builds complexity and will (from my experience) lengthen your playthroughs, boasting more wackier-style haunts but tends to confuse/drain fresh players. Baldur's Gate has a very similar play-feel but switches some things up, making it a refreshing experience when playing with House on the Hill veterans.
On a side note, I highly recommend getting the phone app to keep track of your House on the Hill character card stats.
