B Swiss by Bucherer Prestige Chrono Automatic Watch

To call the Prestige Chrono automatic an open-heart watch would be an understatement. “Open chest” might be a better classification. The entire right side of the dial is skeletonized, proffering a serious view of the 46-jewel movement inside. Look closer at the opening and you’ll also see a date track huddled up against the moving parts. Appointed with three subdials, this chronograph tracks minutes in 30-minute increments, hours, and seconds. Each subdial has a circular guilloché pattern to highlight the impressive craftsmanship (after all, Bucherer, its parent company, has been making luxury timepieces and jewelry since 1888 and also manufactures the esteemed Carl F. Bucherer brand of watches). Finally, made with a sapphire crystal, a stainless steel case, and a display caseback, the watch looks and feels the part on the wrist—and it comes in four different styles, to boot.
