I want this watch, but a firm response from Massdrop about the warranty would be helpful.
Is a warranty included? If so, by whom - Ball, third party, etc?
Also, is this a new watch with all original Ball packaging and paperwork?

badmojo71Hey there, your best bet would be to send an email directly to customer support. MassDrop staff almost never answer questions about warranty on the comments section.
You also could try getting B. Hutch into the thread, see if he'll chime in.
But in all likelihood, CS will point you towards the warranty FAQ page.

badmojo71There is no warranty stated under the Specs on the Description page, therefore no warranty is included in the purchase. This is very common with high profile brands on MD.

badmojo71Thank you @JakeRoberts and @Midnight00 for your quick responses. Based on your experience, what would one do if they purchased this watch and had a valid warranty claim? Are they out of luck completely, or is there any recourse?

badmojo71If you experience a problem inside of 30 days from the day you received the shipment, then you can request an exchange/refund. I've had to do this in the past customer service has resolved the issues quickly.
In terms of a mechanical watch (or any item which doesn't state it has a warranty on the description), if it goes bad after the 30-day period, then MD won't process an exchange/refund and you will have to pay for repairs.
Since almost every watch sold here (except for Glycine and some other brands) don't include papers or stamped warranty cards, manufacturers will, in all likelihood, charge for service.
