I received this product and the in ear monitors would not charge. I reported this and was told that there were lots of issues with these earbuds and there would be a solution. The solution was that I was shipped a second pair of the same product, and the result has been exactly the same. When I charge them (for hours) the orange light on the case lights up and pulses, but the earbuds never charge. I have used three different chargers. Am I doing something wrong? This is really not fun.

GrandNagusOn the positive side, Drop made an effort to remedy the situation of dead-on-arrival earbuds and I was sent a second set. On the negative side, the second set was also dead on arrival. I have refrained from writing a "review" so far, as it would be kind of scathing. I do trust the Drop will do its best to make things right, or at least better.
