cutting ability always depends on relative hardness, not absolute hardness.... If I can get a paper cut, then this might be viable :P
curly_haired_boyThese surprised me; I handled the samples here in the office with great interest and a healthy dose of skepticism...they are SHARP and razor thin! Carbon fiber is not known for edge retention, but these aren't really meant for opening boxes and other daily tasks anyway - more of an emergency blade.
