Product does not work! Can't even fill good ol' Butane...If it requires a specific nozzle, why it didn't come with it? It's now an expensive paper weight.

RithradeLook at the cap of your butane cannister, look inside the cap, pick the right one for the job and snap it free from the cap, apply to tip of nozel then fill your torch. Good luck, please buy fire extinguishers

akarsnerSo, if only what you said was true. That'd be great and actually helpful. Thanks for trying. Hint: You assumed that every butane can came with multiple tip nozzles. My location doesn't sell those.

RithradeI actually didn’t need a nozzle tip with my butane can at all. It was the standard circumference and shape, and when held completely flush with the refill port before pressing it in, it filled up just fine. You really shouldn’t bash the torch for not having a nozzle that’s only ever sold with actual butane supplies...

akarsnerThen, I'm glad it works for you. It doesn't work for me. Does it have instructions? Yes, but its like reading IKEA. Does it need a specific nozzle tip? No idea. I have other butane torches that work fine with more complexity. Maybe I am using wrong? Maybe I'm not. But my life doesn't stop just because this item doesn't work for me.

RithradeGood, then please move on and abuse another product’s reviews because you’re kinda being a dick to someone that offered a helping hand, all because you can’t figure out how to operate a basic kitchen torch. No offense but your review history kinda carries the same herp-a-derp dickhead theme that just further underscores your inability to operate basic machinery and then blame others for it. If you think this torch is difficult to operate on the level of IKEA-quality operation instruction, then you probably should not be owning such things in the first place. (How the hell does someone fuck up a pizza maker anyway? Inquiring minds want to know. )

akarsnerIts okay mate. You should listen to yourself and move on too. If you can appreciate the honesty I have in my reviews, you don't have to comment on them; you know... like a normal person?
RithradeRithrade, I would love to offer some assistance. It may help to remove the plastic base from the bottom of the torch. I would love to discuss this with you. Please reach out to me, Chris Eastman, at our customer service number. The number is 252-527-4186. My direct extension is 108.

chris.eHi Chris, I'm assuming you're referring to black plastic attachment that helps stabilse your product on a flat surface. It is obviously required to be removed before a refill; but the problem was always about that I can't refill the torch with the butane supplied locally in my country. The only exception I can think of is that during the refueling process, spillage and leaks are normal (which in my experience; is not normal). As I obviously do not live in the US, email correspondence will have to suffice. Btw, I have already long since solved my issue with your product, by purchasing a better one.

RithradeThere’s that dickhead tone of yours again. Do I need to put you on a time out and phone your mum, young man?
