Has anyone else had a problem with the most recent drop? I received the brown box with the small bottle of black ink, a nib holder with one pointed nib, booklet and some papers to write on. I did not receive the j. herbin inks or the Brause advanced calligraphy set. I reported this to Massdrop and they said they would send out the missing items. I asked a second time for them to confirm what they were sending and they didn't confirm contents. I got the package today and it is identical to what I already received. Now I have two incomplete sets.
Just about there! We've been in touch with the vendor regarding the group's order and they've let us know that they are still working to gather and pack the group's order for shipment to our warehouse in New Jersey. We will continue to check in with them throughout the fulfillment process and update the group again as soon as everything is en route to us!

Great news group! The vendor has let us know that the group's order was picked up and is on its way to our warehouse now. Based on the tracking provided these are scheduled to come in 9/18. Our warehouse team has been forwarded tracking info and will be standing by, ready to get these packed up and turned around as soon as they come in.
Sometimes shipments get delayed en route, not to worry as we will keep the group posted throughout the process and notify you all if anything causes delay.
