Side Effects
One Drop’s mission to construct high quality Side Effect YoYo’s in 2013 led to the original Benchmark YoYo launch. The 2014 Benchmark Series H YoYo is a faster performing design with a notably different playstyle than its predecessor. The H shape is an attempt to create a new dynamic silhouette that plays off of the traditional in a new way. With a unique blend of side effect capabilities and a different design, the H is an affordable, high performance yo-yo that stands up to the classics.
Note: There are a limited number of each color available (for a total of 48 yoyos) in this drop. As they sell out, they will become unavailable at check-out.
Construction
The H has been built with a notably varied shape, featuring sleek lines and a smooth casing not too far from the others in the line. The Drop Step feature popular on the Summit and Cascade YoYo models makes an appearance, and the build itself has a slightly larger width, a smaller diameter, and includes Side Effect Flat Caps. Unnecessary features have been removed in order to keep the price affordable. When it comes down to it, it’s an ideal YoYo for simple Side Effects.
