The lower resolution will also allow high frame rates without needing sli gtx1080. This monitor is probably more gamer friendly than it is visually stunning.
I wish I had the space on my desk to fit this beast!

brollyYou can get a fully 2k monitor, 144hz, with gsync, at a lower size, 27 inches, but it's fully 2k, for 500 dollars, and the difference in performance to this one will be minimal because this is around 1.5k. To get a good framerate on this, you'll need at least a 470
