Image size is 95–180" and then jumps to 300 inches? Anything in between is blurry?

Why doesn't anyone that photographs electronic devices ever include proper pictures of the input panel? I may know what I'm doing, but written tech specs alone are often confusing to the layperson that just wants to know if his/her oblong plug doohickey will fit in the oblong hole thingamajig. There's a nice picture of the featureless back side (which is actually appreciated -- now we know there's nothing there to see), but not a good one of the side you'll be interacting with the most. Also, there's an accessory featured in one photo that doesn't appear to be mentioned anywhere. What is it?

While i love the picture of my BenQ projector, the customer service is ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS. I mean, the worst I have ever experienced. They literally told me they would cancel my order as a way to solve their late shipping issue, and then hung up on me. I will never purchase a BenQ again, because of it. BenQ refurbs do not come with new bulbs
