A very nice flipper for the money. I'm not generally big on liner locks, but I like almost everything else about it. It arrived sharp, but I was able to make a noticeable improvement with a couple minutes on a worksharp. That said, the knife is now as keen as I could ever want.
I really like the shape. It's a lot sleeker than the Lion and the blade looks longer as a result.
It feels pretty stiff to open, but I think that it will loosen a bit with time. For now a little bit of lubricant should get the job done.

bookworm13Not exactly. The action is smooth once it starts to open, but getting it to open with the flipper takes an uncomfortable amount of force, for me at least. Maybe to make sure it doesn't open in your pocket, but I like the lower stiffness of the lion and scimitar more.
If it is a safety feature, as I believe, I can understand it. But I wish it was just a little bit easier. It kinda starts to hurt my index finger after a while.
