Bestech BG09 "Spike" G-10 Series

In the looks department, the Bestech BG09 Spike is somewhere between hard-use folder and sophisticated gentleman’s knife. In the performance department, it’s all business. Featuring a 3.5-inch 12C27 stainless steel blade in drop-point profile, the Spike—like its name suggests—is primed for tough tasks. The blade is treated with two finishes: There’s satin and stonewash or satin and black. The result is a subtle two-toned look that draws the eye. Contoured to the hand, the nylon handle is cut with tight horizontal grooves, which both improve grip retention and add a bit of depth to the overall design. Like any Bestech, the knife opens smoothly thanks to the built-in flipper tap. Once it’s open, the flipper acts as a finger guard, and the opposing side of the blade has jimping to keep your thumb from slipping.
