Absolutely my all time favorite game. I was thrilled when we could give our original copy a rest and see if they improved a few glitches in the game, like the lake on the second level of the house. We play it weekly, and the only issue is the character cards and their hit points. Those arrows slide a little too easily, so we just use the old character cards. Other than that, everything is fantastic.
Note: I did not purchase Widow's Walk. We watched through a play through, and it's like a different game entirely. A little research revealed that it was game tested and design by folks who never played Betrayal. Suddenly it made a lot more sense.
If if you love games where it starts out coop, then can change, you build a map as you go to introduce novelty and randomness, and it's quite a challenge, Dark Souls the board game is more similar to Betrayal that Widow's Walk.
That said, on a desert island, one game? Betrayal, hands down.
