I have a very old pen body that the nib slips into and you dip that into ink to write. A gentleman at an English antique store said its called a lady's pen because it's a little smaller. Could I possibly purchase just the nibs? My Dad had the gold plated ones. If not, could you direct me some other place? Thank you so much!

JweatawayI think you're talking about dip pens. I guess you could look on jetpens, or wait for a calligraphy drop. If you're looking for fountain pen nibs, you can check goulet pens as they offer quite a lot of variety of nib width and finishes. Hope it helps!
