Can anyone comment on whether these will work well with the Schiit Modi 2 Uber and Magni 2 Uber stack?

aZhuYup. The Modi has more than enough power for this one. They're more efficient than you think. Although, the sound sig needs some getting used to.

HaruHaruHarHarWill the sound sig be too bright to the point it causes fatigue after a short while of listening?

aZhuI have been listening to these through a Fiio E10k for long periods, and while I find some pop recordings can have slightly harsh and sometimes sibilant treble (e.g. Leona Lewis/Rihanna), most others do not. On the contrary, classical female vocals and accompanying instruments (e.g. Cecilia Bartoli's recordings) sound wonderful. You would ideally try these out before buying them, though, since they are understandably too bright for some. My ears don't hurt, though.

aZhuDepends on some peeps. It's bright. But not like the DT990 bright. I grew to love it and find it having the most detail retrieval even when compared to my HD650, HD700, HE400, HE500 and Fidelio X2. I think it's a good all rounder. Fun, yet detailed and has great imaging and soundstage too. It's my most used headphone at the moment. Abd I believe if you ever get to try the T1. The only difference between the two is that the T1 has less bass and is flat. Ofcourse with slightly more detail. But all in all. It just depends on what you listen to and what sound sig you prefer.
