Just got mine. I'm in France. I ordered the Clear and received the Ocean Blue with mixed braided cable. The first thing I was worried about what the fit. I always had trouble with iem and the one I've been using for years, the UE900, required the cable cinch that I put on the back of my head. The DM6 doesn't require it at all, but I'll still use a cable with that because I find it more comfortable than having the cable moving around. Now for the sound, like said masscheese, the bass kicks! (and that with the cable that came with it and the OKCSC gold cable in my pics). In comparaison to the UE900, I'm not lost. The sound stage, mid and treble are familiar, the bass is really what I noticed the most. I've only been listening to Audiomachine (flac) for a couple of minutes, I'll give a try to other genre soon. I'm using the smallest tips, comparable to the UE900s I got after message customer support when the "s" got release with color coded tips.

No way I return them because I got the wrong color, they already took too long to get here.

KimirThanks for sharing. Looks like they are shipping whatever they have in stock at this point. This is terrible customer service by Massdrop and BGVP. I just got my shipping notice an hour ago. Lets hope I get what I ordered because I am not going to be as nice you (I am in the US and also ordered clear). They should respect the buyer enough to not pull a bait and switch. I am really annoyed and I didn't even receive my set yet.

If they can send the clear quickly and a return label, sure thing I'll accept. Otherwise, no way I'm paying for the incompetence of someone else. Edit: got a quick reply from support, offered me 2 choices: 1. Full refund and label to send them back 2. Partial refund and keep the good. Needless to say, after all the wait, I chose the 2nd one. And already got PayPal mail, so there is that.

Smurfs2010If alot of us get a wrong order it could be just be intentional. They know it has been a long wait and most will just accept and get along since there is no sonic difference between a blue and a white shell. To go through another wait is just too much. Lesson learnt. I just hope mine comes in as ordered. Not going to accept anything else after such a wait. There is no excuse. I am with you on this Kimir.

Smurfs2010I still find this appalling considering how much time they took. If it is true that they make and dispatch about 20 or so pieces a day, how hard is it to ensure that the correct colour is sent out? MD gets this order in a bulk shipment. They should have checked before dispatch. But we all know MD does not bother about all these the moment they get the funds into their account.
