I'd be happy to be able to receive the shorter 14"-poles instead of the longer ones. What doI have to do? > Please contact Big Sky directly after your receive your tent. We can exchange the poles you received for shorter folding length poles.
My prima vista impression of BSI products is that of very good products. The interchangeable parts and pieces and the exact difference between similar products, advantages and disadvantages, can only be worked out after intensive study of your web pages. > Thank you, Big Sky's does its best to produce world-class quality products.
Is there a shop affilated to BSI in Germany? Where do I get spare parts? > Big Sky has warehouses in the USA, Europe, and Asia to support its customers around the world. Big Sky's Europe warehouse is located in the EU, so no import taxes when shipped to customers in EU countries, such as Germany.
1. What do I have to do to receive the 14´´-poles?
2. Functions of different parts of the tent. Attached please find 4 pictures
I am not sure about the functions of each of these parts 1st picture: Guyline to use for fixation of the tent with a stake? 2ond picture: „Red double zero“ to attach the single „zero“ of the fly with as shown? 3rd picture: What purpose does the „lower single red zero“ serve for? 4th picture: Thought for a guyline to be attached there?
Is there a full description to be had, the different parts are not totally self-explainatory (at least for me)?

Bulk order shipped! The vendor informed us that the group's order was picked up and is on its way to our warehouse in New Jersey. Based on the tracking provided, the order is scheduled to arrive on 12/12.

The group's bulk order arrived earlier to our warehouse in New Jersey and many of the individual packages have already shipped back out. However, upon taking inventory of everything received, our team was made aware of a backorder affecting a small handful of units. Rest assured, we've reached back out to the vendor to resolve this hiccup and expect to have the remaining units in our warehouse shortly.

Awaiting confirmation! We are still in contact with the vendor and just awaiting updated shipment estimates from them. We have a call scheduled first thing tomorrow morning and should get a bit more visibility in regards to when we can expect these in our warehouse.

As soon as the group's order is ready at the vendor's location, they will send the bulk shipment to our warehouse in New Jersey where our warehouse team will break it up into individual orders and ship them. The current estimated ship date from our warehouse is 11/25.
