This the Big Sky Soul x2 tent highlighted in Backpacker magazine's Spring Gear Guide 2015. Read the review here: http://www.backpacker.com/gear/tents/2-person/big-sky-soul-x2/

bigskyintlThx for posting that review, size is very comparable to my Hubba Hubba, but love the pound and a half savings! I also use silnylon for my tarps, would this be the same sil used for the tent? Been using my sil for years without issue, but its not being stretched across poles either. Can you comment on the durability issue in the review?

scopeScope and Costas, you asked about the "durability issue in Backpacker review"... what happened was the tester got the zipper caught in the zipper flap... this resulted in the "small tear" the review was referring to. Actually, I would consider Big Sky's SuprSil fabrics stronger and more durable than similar fabric used by other tent manufacturers because SuprSil is coated BOTH sides with silicone making the tear strength about 2x stronger than similar fabrics used by the larger tent brands that are coated one side silicone and one side PU. Here is more info on Big Sky's fabrics: http://www.bigskyinternational.com/products/big-sky-fabric-comparison-table.htm

bigskyintlI see! Good point! By the way you need to use a thick sheet under the tent, to extend the life of the floor? Cheers

CostasA ground sheet / footprint is not included in the drop, but they are available from Big Sky: http://bigskyproducts.com/big-sky-sheltersaver-footprints-and-ground-sheets.aspx
